Netapost is an automated social media publishing and content scheduling platform. It allows users to connect social media profiles, fetch images from cloud storage, generate captions, and schedule posts across multiple platforms simultaneously.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Netapost to:

Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or threatening.
Violate the terms of service of the connected social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Distribute spam or engage in unauthorized bulk messaging.
Infringe upon any intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of Netapost require a paid subscription. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed securely via our payment partners (e.g., Razorpay). Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Netapost, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or any automated posts made on your behalf.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or an in-app notification.
