Data Deletion Process

We respect your right to privacy. As required by the Google Play Store and modern privacy standards, you can request the complete deletion of your Netapost account at any time.

What happens when you delete your account?

• Your profile information (name, email, phone) is permanently erased.
• All connected social media integrations are revoked and access tokens are destroyed.
• Your Google Drive connection is terminated.
• All your scheduled posts, generated designs, and historical event logs are purged from our servers.

How to Request Deletion

You can request account deletion in two ways:

1. Inside the app: Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This is instantaneous.
2. Via the web: If you no longer have the app installed, please submit a deletion request using the form below. We will process your request within 24-48 hours.
